بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
- In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
- Dengan menyebut nama Allah Yang Maha Pemurah lagi Maha Penyayang
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
2. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds,
2. Segala puji bagi Allah, Tuhan semesta alam,
الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
3. The Beneficent, the Merciful.
3. Maha Pemurah lagi Maha Penyayang,
مَالِكِ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
4 Master of the Day of Judgment,
4. Yang menguasai hari pembalasan.
إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ
5. Thee (alone) we worship; Thee (alone) we ask for help.
5. Hanya kepada Engkaulah kami menyembah dan hanya kepada Engkaulah kami mohon
اهْدِنَا الصِّرَاطَ الْمُسْتَقِيمَ
6. Show us the straight path,
6. Tunjukilah kami jalan yang lurus,
صِرَاطَ الَّذِينَ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ غَيْرِ الْمَغْضُوبِ عَلَيْهِمْ وَلا الضَّالِّينَ
7. The path of those whom Thou hast favoured; Not the (path) of those who earn Thine anger nor of those who go astray.
7. (yaitu) jalan orang-orang yang telah Engkau anugerahkan nikmat kepada mereka, bukan (jalan) mereka yang dimurkai dan bukan (pula jalan)
mereka yang sesat.
